The Enterprise Agentic Orchestration tracker, which surveys verified technical decision-makers at large companies, reveals that Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio commanded a 38.6% primary-platform adoption in February 2025, up from 35.7% in January. OpenAI's Assistants and Responses API held second place, rising from 23.2% to 25.7% over the same period. These figures underscore the dominance of integrated cloud ecosystems in the orchestration space.

Anthropic's First Measurable Foothold

Anthropic made its debut in the tracker with a jump from 0% in January to 5.7% in February for its tool use and workflows. According to Findling, the competitive advantage is moving toward platforms that can orchestrate agents, leverage enterprise context, and provide governance and audibility across customer environments. Microsoft's Azure AI and OpenAI's API currently offer robust logging and role-based access controls, which are key reasons for their leading positions.

Anthropic's small but notable increase suggests that enterprises are experimenting with multiple orchestration layers.
